1️⃣ Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is using someone else's work without proper citation. IJRIM follows strict anti-plagiarism guidelines and checks all submissions through Turnitin and PlagScan.

Direct Plagiarism: Copying content without attribution.
Accidental Plagiarism: Incorrectly citing or paraphrasing.
Self-Plagiarism: Reusing one's own work without permission.
Mosaic Plagiarism: Borrowing phrases while keeping the same structure.

2️⃣ Publication Ethics Policy

IJRIM is committed to publishing only original content and ensuring ethical research practices. The following violations are strictly prohibited:

Duplicate submission
Incorrect authorship attribution
Data fabrication and falsification
Manipulative citation practices

Penalties include: Immediate rejection, blacklisting for 2 years, and removal from the editorial board.

3️⃣ Open Access Policy

IJRIM provides free and unrestricted access to all published research, ensuring wider visibility and impact.

Authors retain copyright.
No fees for readers.
Rapid and transparent publication process.

4️⃣ Correction, Retraction & Withdrawal Policy

If errors are found post-publication, authors can request corrections. If a paper is proven invalid, it will be retracted.

Corrections made within 48 hours.
Retractions will be marked and linked to the original article.
Manuscripts can be withdrawn upon request.

5️⃣ Complaints Policy

IJRIM takes all complaints seriously and follows COPE guidelines to resolve issues related to authorship, plagiarism, and research integrity.

6️⃣ Refund Policy

Publication fees are non-refundable once paid. However, in cases of double payments, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
